Ingredients: Stuffed pigeon with bulgur, onion, spices. Method: Stuff the pigeon with bulgur, place in the casserole dish and leave until cooked.

Ingredients: Rice, bread, boiled meat, garlic, vinegar, broth. Method: Place layers of bread, rice and meat, add the garlic and vinegar mixture and put in the oven.

Ingredients: cubed meat, freekeh, onion, broth, butter, spices. Method: Brown the meat with the onion, add the freekeh and stir, then add the broth and leave the casserole in the oven until cooked.
