Ingredients: Sliced liver Onion slices Bell pepper slices and colors Tomato slices Minced garlic slices Spices (salt, pepper, cumin, meat spices) Oil or ghee Foil (aluminum) Method: Season the liver with salt, pepper, cumin, and garlic. Place the foil on the grill or barbecue. Arrange the onion slices, pepper, and tomatoes on the foil. Place the seasoned liver on top of the vegetables and add a little oil or ghee. Cover the foil well and leave on the grill until the liver is cooked (about 15-20 minutes). Serve hot with bread or rice.
