Ingredients: Local sausage Onion slices, chili or bell pepper Slices of tomatoes Minced garlic slices Spices (salt, pepper, cumin) Oil or ghee Foil (aluminum) Method: Cut the sausage into small pieces and season with salt, pepper, and cumin. Place the foil on the grill or barbecue. Arrange the onion slices, pepper, and tomatoes on the foil. Add the seasoned sausage over the vegetables with a little oil or ghee.
